Establishment:
The founding members have signed and accepted these Official Deed Provisions in order to create the Legal Entity recognized as a Foundation in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Law.
ARTICLE: 1 - NAME OF THE FOUNDATION
Photography is the name of the Foundation Turkey Foundation. It can be used as TFV in abbreviated form when necessary.
In this picture Shares "Turkey Photo Foundation" to simply "The Foundation" will be called
ARTICLE: 2 - OPENING THE HEADQUARTERS, BRANCHES AND REPRESENTATIVES OF THE FOUNDATION
The address of the foundation headquarters is: Merkezefendi neighborhood Dere Sokak No: 10/1 Zeytinburnu - Istanbul. If deemed necessary, the center of the Foundation can change the address within the same province with the decision of the Board of Trustees.
Branches and representation offices can be opened at home and abroad. Their powers, works to be done, opening and closing are done with the decision of the Board of Directors.
ARTICLE: 3 - OBJECTIVES OF THE FOUNDATION
Foundation; To photograph our cultural background in every aspect, to compile, preserve and evaluate the photographic heritage of our country, to promote country photography, to develop the art of photography, to meet and spread more with the society, to cooperate with educational institutions related to the art of photography, to engage in scientific research and development activities, solidarity among artists and aims to strengthen cooperation, to produce all kinds of products related to photography and to deliver them to the public.
ARTICLE: 4 - ACTIVITIES TO BE CARRIED OUT BY THE FOUNDATION TO ACHIEVE ITS PURPOSE
a) Provided that it is not contrary to Law No. 5072, for the protection and development of the cultural assets and artistic and social values of the country, associations, federations, foundations, trade unions, municipalities and similar real, legal, private, domestic, foreign, to carry out joint studies with general and annexed budget institutions and organizations, to make agreements on cooperation and cooperation, to establish platforms or to participate in established ones,
b) To cooperate with people and organizations serving in the fields of art, culture and science in the fields of art, culture and science and to prepare opportunities for common products in order to support the works to be done in all fields of photography and reflect them to the society,
c) To establish archives, libraries, e-broadcast archives, information and document centers and present them to the use of those concerned, in order to keep the photographs, photographic and visual products, films and all kinds of documents that are part of the photographic culture under appropriate conditions,
d) To provide working places and opportunities for photographers, to organize courses in order to strengthen solidarity and cooperation between photographers and photographer candidates,
e) To create resources and provide scholarships to support the development of photography,
f) To work to raise awareness about photography
